Photographic Voice Challenge

Part 1
I think this was my most successful image because it most closely replicates Lucy Ketchum's style. In this photo I believe I was able to successfully isolate the flower from its background and focus the the details of its center and surrounding petals. One challenging aspect of this photo was getting proper lighting during a cloudy day. To create an image closer to the original photographers style I would have to learn how to make the lens flare seen in the inspirational photo.

My comment on another post "Your photo of the bat really captured the same style as Deustch's photo of the Eastern Wood Pewee. The bat's unique red and brown colors contrast well with the greed evergreens behind it. The dusk lighting the the camera you used did a great job of highlighting the subtle textures and patterns of the bat." Post found here.
